Sheba Exploration Ltd is an English private limited company, with registered office in Hereford and with mineral exploration projects located in Ethiopia. The company is directed by geologists Henry Atkinson (BSc Cape Town, MSc London) and Gavin Conway (BSc (Hons) Cape Town, MSc Witwatersrand). The company has an office in Addis Ababa, from where its exploration programme is managed.


Company history
 
The company was formed in February 1998 by Henry Atkinson and Patrick Clark.

We acquired our first mineral concession in Ethiopia in November 1998.
 
Exploration commenced at Mereto Exclusive Exploration Licence in January, 1999.
 
The company became a subsidiary of Sheba Exploration (UK) Plc in August 2004.
 
Sheba Exploration (UK) Plc commenced trading on Ofex (now Plus) in September 2004.
 
Sheba Exploration Limited owns and explores mineral concessions in Ethiopia to date.
